RekordBox Video Wierdness

So I've come across a very strange issue with rekordbox video

The setup:

Lenovo y700

i7/16GB RAM/ AMD r9 375 2GB NVMe SSD + HDD

Windows 10 x64 1607

Rekordbox 4.3.1

RZX Driver & Firmware up to date

I have rekordbox setup that if a track has no video to load a video from a folder instead.  In the folder I have stock footage that I use for Video editing. They are 30 second h264 MP4 clips with no audio and loopable as the last frame follows into the first and they play perfectly.  

The bug occurs after 2-3 mixes when I load a track into the deck that has no video.  It no longer prompts to select a video from that folder and no longer displays any video for that channel. If I try and load an actual music video file after the bug it continues to not show video. Also there is no waveform or info in the deck but the audio plays.

I've tried both with GPU acceleration on and off. Also I've tried with my WeGo2 just in case and it does the same issue. So the issue is with rekordbox and not the RZX.

As long as I never load a track that is audio only the bug doesn't occur.

Thoughts anyone?
