When does the track get marked as played?? Issue

Hi I am using latest version of recordbox dj, Ive noticed that for the track to get marked as played it basically has to play 100% - from start to the very end, is this correct? I find this to be a bit of an issue, since i often mix tracks before initial songs end, that will prevent the song from being marked as 'played' is there some option to adjust or can such be added to set the % of the time of the song thats needed for it to be marked as played? not only the 100%? i find it hard to believe, I am the only one raising this concern? i wanna swap to recordbox from vdj, so far thats a big issue for me that i found...

any insight?
