I have Guitar Center Pro Coverage which has been covering all the shipping in this process. But I am unhappy with how Pioneer DJ handled my repair.
It was gone for almost 2 months.
When I received it back today, the jog wheel was still broken.
The issue is, the right jog wheel would sometimes get stuck in the hold position, keeping the music from playing when you let it go.

I took a few steps to try to troubleshoot including trying different versions of Serato DJ, changing the USB, and reinstalling the firmware and drivers. None of that solved or improved the issue.
I'm sending it back to the repair center. When I sent it to them, they sent it back saying "we didn't find anything wrong".
I love the products but man does the repair process is terrible. If I didn't have Pro Coverage, this would have cost me twice in shipping already.
