Rekordbox no-longer display drop down menu for export /performance mode

 This may have been posted before

I opened up rekordbox last night and for some reason the drop down menu for selecting export performance mode has disappeared, I have the full software not a trial as i use the DDJ-RX,  i tried uninstall the software and reinstalling it but the same problem still occurs, i went to check if the license key was still active, its not show the key but is show that my macbook pro is linked?

I can still play a track through the software but when i connect and turn on the DDJ-RX the sound cuts out, if i turn it off or disconnect the usb the sound come back through the Macbook????

i'm running rekordbox 4.3.1

Macbook pro with 10.12.4

anyone else have similar problem or suggestion.
