PLEASE HELP! DDJ RB!

Please help me!
I just bought the console 2 hours ago.
I did the installation and more.
But my DDJ-RB does not work, not even a button.
Please help me!

Did you install the audio driver for DDJ-RB into your PC?

Yes,not it works.

But now im playing with my speakers because i still havent the "Master" so i cant use my headphones..

Is there a way to use headphones also if i dont have the "Master"?
