Ddj sx2 left jog wheel

Left jog wheel stopped responding to touch during practice today. The vinyl mode is active. Tried resetting and it still doesnt respond. It still speeds and slows when i move it back and forth but it doesnt allow for me to scratch at all. Dont know what the solution for this is
