DDJ-RZ Jog Wheel issue , urgent help needed

Exactly!! It happens to me to. It has been better now(not so often since updates of beta). But happened earlier today last time =/

I have the same issue too.  If I switch to deck 3 or 4 it goes away but is still present when I go back to deck 1 or 2 until the unit is turned off and on again. 

This has happened a few times playing out.

Can this bug be fixed?

I'm using DDJ RZ with rekordbox 4.5.0

Windows 10 64 bit

Intell i5

8GB Ram

Hey guys,

Can you please tell me which version of rekordbox you are using and whether or not you are running the latest firmware version and (if you're using a PC) drivers?

Could you also please try installing the rekordbox 5 public beta (for testing only) and seeing if you can replicate this issue?

When playing on two decks, the one that is playing is okay, as soon as I touch the jogwheel from deck 2, that one starts running like crazy trough the loaded song, Also happens when deck two is playing and I touch jogwheel 1. When I got 4 decks loaded, no problem. Anybody got a clue because this is pretty annoying.

I tested on rekordbox 5 beta (up to beta4) this problem exists too. I found how to solve it (and yeah it's about deck 1 & 2). 1. I power On DDJ-RZ. 2. Be sure to be in "Vinyl" mode (scratch mode). 3. Touch the jog of Deck 1 -> Track will start to play crazily fast without sound. I hold hand on jog up to it stop. 4. I repeat the same operation on deck 2. 5. All is now ok for *THIS* session of rekordbox. Dear forum managers, can you return this problem to rekorbox programers, since it still present in rb5 beta? If you need more information about my hardware: dedicated PC for rekordbox (only), Intel Core I7 4820K / 32GB DDR3 / NVIDIA GTX980 on Windows 10 x64 1703. Last note: I never experienced this problem in rb4.2.5 or less. Thank you for all your work. Have all a nice day. =)

I had this problem last night. Not good on a bank holiday. I'm running the latest firmware update for the ddj. And latest version of rekordbox. Please help

I've been having the same problem since the 4.5 update. I also have the 5 beta installed, but idk if that has anything to do with it. It seems to happen on the left deck more often. The track goes full speed in reverse when I touch the deck, never forwards for me. Sometimes holding down on the platter for a short period of time causes it to stop. Sometimes switching the virtual deck back and forth. Sometimes ejecting and reloading the song. DDJ RZ with latest firmware and software updates. MacBook Pro 2012 Core i7 16gb ram

Can you please tell us if installing the latest stable version of rekordbox 5 (NOT the beta version) solves this issue?  Thank you.
