DDJ-RX : Rekordbox Temp Fader

I have a ddj-rx, when i change the tempo it doesn't actually change the bpm grid, as in make it bigger or smaller accordingly to what the bpm actually is, the track just speeds up or slows down to match the bpm using the same grid, any way to change this?
