I have a USB (and an sd card) with tracks and playlists exported from Rekordbox on a laptop. When I open Rekordbox on Android, I can see and import the tracks, but I can't find a way to import my playlists to prepare. I know this can be done with a laptop, but I'm traveling without laptop and need to mentally prepare for some upcoming gigs.
Ideas or solutions?
The rekordbox app is not capable of importing music from an exported device. If you have synchronized the songs to your Android rekordbox app through rekordbox on your computer, that's how you would also export playlists.
If you are importing the songs into the rekordbox app through the phone's music app, that would allow you to create / edit playlists.

So the app isn't capable of reading the playlist data present on a device that has been synced with the laptop version. I know it's not the straight forward way, but one (or at least myself) would expect it to, especially considering that connectivity with portable devices via wi-fi is not always smooth and syncing on an sd card is done considerably faster by connecting/inserting the card directly to the laptop than on wi-fi.
@Nicola > As (sorta) explained above, you can export two ways; one, to a USB/SD device, two, to the Android / iOS app. The app is not capable of managing content on a device, even if your phone is capable of reading / loading it. I understand the desire to have a quicker export / management through a direct export to a device rather than over wifi, but that's the way it works. Sorry!

In my opinion one feature I really miss on playing with CDJs - like getting ready with vinyl backstage and going to my trolley and just tick some records that fit best for the situation. Also to get an overview what I have brought with me. That 10 min moment before I take over somewhere hidden behind the decks.
There are many dual usb sticks on the market so the coolest thing would be, i just plug that stick into my phone and I can scroll through the lists I have there and tag some tracks. I really dont want to sync it with my phone. Thats unnecessary and only leads to memory problems :)
Is this "just check playlists on usbstick" feature somehow possible?

Unfortunately the mobile version of the app is only able to view what's on the device, not an external USB drive connected to the mobile. Sorry.
