I do not load the waveform

I use Rekordbox 5 and I tested it with Pioneer NXS2 and Pioneer XDJ-RX cabs, when a usage time (usually 10 minutes or less) passes, the application starts to fail. The waveform is not seen correctly, if I change the view from vertical to horizontal or if I maximize or minimize the screen is seen for a while but loading the next track is not seen again the waveform.

Also if I apply loops many times I can not get out of them and finally they start to generate hot cues that I have not done.

This happens to me both with Rekordbox 4.5 and with Rekordbox 5.0 and 5.0.1

I have uninstalled the application and reinstalled it and the same thing happens. I have tried to disable all packs except the video and keep going (DVS and RMX)

When reinstalling Rekordbox recognized the serial number so I do not know if there may be something on my Mac that is probing all these faults.
