Rekordbox 5.0 and DDJ RZ: 16 Hot Cues, FX Midi

So, 5.0 is supposed to support 16 Hot Cues, and I see it in the Export portion, but when I use it in Performance Mode with the DDJ RZ, I only have access to the 8 on the pads.  How can I gain access to the other 8?  

Also, I have an Allen Heath Xone K2 and want to set up things up to enable FXs that change value as I change knobs, engage buttons, etc.  There's no mappings at all online, and though I am familiar with mapping from Traktor, Rekordbox is very different in the sense that I can only get it to turn on an FX, but no way to add complex actions like ascending values when you turn it, or control multiple values at once, etc.

Can anyone help me with these?
