XDJ1000MK2 loads music but does not load playlists

Here's a quote from Reddit that better explains what is happening to me:
"Hey, so I just got a CDJ 900nxs and earlier I loaded up a playlist on my USB, plugged it into my CDJ and I could see the playlist just fine and play music off of it. I then pressed the USB stop button and pulled out the USB. I then added the rest of my playlists and now none of them show up. Only the [FOLDER] option shows with all the artists folders. I tried deleting some playlists and it's still not showing up. I even reformatted the USB. When I took out the USB the first time I didn't know that you hold down the USB stop button before you took out the USB so hopefully this isn't my issue, ever since that first time I've been holding it down. I would be grateful if someone could help me out."

@Zachary > Sorry to hear about that ... let's reset you and go from scratch.

First, format the USB drive. Make sure it's set to FAT32 (or, if on Mac, you could use Apple's HFS+), and ensure the boot mode is MBR (Master Boot Record). The drive should only have one partition, and can't be a drive with built-in encryption (eg. S3 security).

Second, give it a new, unique name - nothing fancy, 8 characters with no spaces will do.

Third, export a couple of playlists to the USB drive. Do this by right-clicking on the playlist itself within rekordbox and exporting it to that device.

Finally, plug it into your XDJ-1000MK2 and give it a go.

Let me know if that works or if any problems arise. If there are problems, please let me know the make / model of your USB stick.

I have also face the same problem my usb drive model is hp 3.1 796w 128 gb in xdj 1000mk2 player only shows contents folder songs loaded but waveform not showing

Did you export the music from rekordbox?

Yes .. my pendrive smoothly work on all in one player xdj rx model but not properly work in xdj 1000mk2 model

It could simply be that the USB drive you're using isn't compatible with the USB chipset in the XDJ-1000MK2. Perhaps try using a different drive.
