Issues with DDJ-RR and Rekordbox 5.0.1

I have been playing around with my DDJ-RR and getting frustrated more by the second at all the functionality and workflow lost with the upgrade to 5.0.1 - in performance mode -I’m using a MacBook Air 

1. Sequencer Load - the function stays on after use and choosing where to store sample pattern overdubs clunky.
2. Tempo fader - unstable and sometimes unresponsive
3. Analyzing tracks, beat grid nowhere near as accurate as ver 4.5
4. Adjusting beat grid on the fly....analysis saves it as half or double time .

How do I roll back to ver 4.5? And if I do how do I update the database which is setup as a master database on an external drive.
