Tempo and sync

How i can transform the sync and tempo in my xdj rx recordbox dj like serato

when i use the sync mode the tempo moves and matches the second deck 

but when i remove the sync, the tempo doesn't go back to 0 and on the xdj rx the tempo fader is at 0
