Can anyone confirm if the DDJ-XP1 will work fully alongside the new XDJ-RX2 ?
If so how would it be setup? ie connected to laptop through rekordbox at the same time as the XDJ-RX2 or connected to the XDJ-RX2 while the RX2 is connected to laptop via midi mode.
Anyone?

Yes, you could use them together, and that's exactly how it works - both of them with rekordbox in performance mode.

So will the XP1 only work connected to the laptop using rekordbox or can it be connected to a USB on the RX2 like shown in the Pioneer videos showcasing the XP1 connected to the NXS2 via the USB.
I haven't seen that in any of the videos I've seen so far, I can't confirm at this time.
Sorry it was on a review video not a Pioneer one but the said youtube link is here, if you skip to the 13th minute you will see the XP1 being used by plugging the cable direct to the usb port on a NXS2.
Sorry - I meant the RX2. I know for certain the XP1 works with a CDJ-2000NXS2. ;)
