DDJ RB MENSAJE DESCONECTADO

ACABO DE INSTALAR REKORDBOX PERFECTAMENTE, LUEGO CONECTO MI CONSOLA DDJ-RB ME INSTALA LOS DRIVER, VOY A AUDIO ME LA RECONOCE, PERO ME APARECE UN MENSAJE ABAJO DE TODO QUE DICE DDJ RB DESCONECTADA, LUEGO SE VUELVE A CONECTAR ME TOMA ALGUNOS BOTONES (NO TODOS) Y AL RATITO SE VUELVE A DESCONECTAR.  TENGO WINDOWS 7. POR FAVOR NECESITO UNA RESPUESTA

If you are having problems with the RB not being detected, please try using a different USB cable or a different port on your computer. As the RB is bus-powered, if it does not receive adequate power from the computer, it will not perform properly. Not all computers provide the same power to all USB ports, so you may need to change ports, or try a powered USB hub.

If the RB works on another computer, it's safe to say the problem is not the controller, but your computer.

NAO CONSIGO CONFIGURA A DDJ RB NO VIRTUAL 7  , ALGUEM PRA AJUDAR ?

BUENAS TARDES, COMPRE UNA COMPUTADORA NUEVA Y TENGO EL MISMO PROBLEMA CON LA DDJ-400 QUE AL CONECTARLA A REKORDBOX SE DESCONECTA Y AL RATO LA VUELVE A LEER PERO SE VUELVE A DESCONECTAR, LA CONECTE A LA COMPUTADORA ANTIGUA Y LA LEE NORMAL AL 100% ENTONCES NO CREO QUE SEA EL CABLE USB Y EL CONTROLADOR  ESTE DAÑADO, PROBÉ TODO LOS PUERTOS USB Y SIGUE EL PROBLEMA ASÍ QUE AL PARECER NO ME QUEDA DE OTRA QUE COMPRAR UN CONCENTRADOR USB ALIMENTADO O SI EXISTE OTRA FORMA FAVOR DECIRME. MUCHAS GRACIAS

Tengo el mismo problema a lo largo de la noche tres cuatro veces sale el mensaje de Pioneer rb se a desconectado. A los cinco segundo se conecta sola y vuelve la música.
Ya e probado varios cables y varios puertos del ma.
También la frecuencia de muestreo está correcta.
