Try grabbing MIDI OX (Windows) or MIDI Monitor (Mac) and see if the unit is sending a signal to the computer when scratching.

Xdj RX1 jogwheel problem in Midi mode
Good morning. My XDJ RX has the following issue at the left jog wheel.
When in Rekordbox mode with either usb sticks or LINK with laptop or Mobile phone Rekordbox app the Vinyl Scratch mode of the left jog wheel works fine!!@
BUT when in midi mode with either Rekordbox DJ or Traktor pro2 softwares then this left jogwheel does not work on vinyl scratch mode . It does nothing when I touch it or scratch it....even though I activate the blue button of vinyl mode....
Does anyone know how to solve it?
Maybe a midi dysfunction?
