See this page, and follow the instructions for Restore a Non-Startup Volume.
It will make an exact copy, and everything will be there.
Is it possible to clone one USB to another in Rekordbox? I'm updating a 2.0 to a 3.0 on Mac. If I have to clone outside of Rekordbox, is there a way to do it so that all of my playlist on the old USB will show up on the new one when in Rekordbox?

So I followed that and then received an error message that read "could not change the partition type".
I would suggest you first format the destination USB drive / partition to match the structure of the source USB drive.
So I have reformatted the new usb to match the old one however I cannot partition either usb. They partition option is greyed out and when I hover over it, it reads "disks with master boot record partition maps cannot be partitioned". Is there a way around this, or do I need to find a USB that doesn't have this?
