im trying to figure out if I removed my original itunes onto a external HD, will this affect my rekordbox files?? im afraid once i transfer files then delete my itunes to create more space on my laptop it will affect my rekordbox file data and i will have to reset all new que,memory points.

When you move your music files to a new Location, you need to relocate the files in rekordbox to keep your cues.
I would suggest you watch the tutorials Pulse put out there for this purpose to not end up in a trap.
