No sound from microphone port on DDJ RB

Hi
I plugged in microphone into the port on the back but i cant get any sound it. ive turned it as far as it will go but still no sound.

Hello Ian,

DDJ-RB engineers saw the issue and answered below.

Please click "MIXER/MIC" in the rekordbox GUI to show MIXER and MIC panels and see if the "MIC ON" button is ticked or not.

When you tick the "MIC ON" button, the letters in the button turns blue and the level meter at the right side of the button will be enabled and MIC input will be available.

I did all of that and it still does not work for me at all. I have a Neewer 700 mic.

@Axel > Did you check that the mic was engaged in rekordbox, and you adjusted the mic level on the back of the RB?
