XDJ-RX2 Recordbox Performance Mode no audio

I Write now many times to the support the answers really not resolve the problem, somebody from support send me files to resend at pioneer dj but I don't get really the answer for the audio issue.

i resend the files here again I think there is a activation error and thats is for me the problem to resolve.... I know I hat at the start of rekordbox dj many problems an I reset my Mac 2 or 3 times but I didn't deactivate the license before reset the hard drive from my Mac 

when sometimes comes audio out in performance mode, after 2 minutes or 4 minutes stop to work and no audio output anymore

if someone from the support could explain this would be very nice... i never had problem with other controller or other music software, I think it would be the last time I buy a pioneer product.... only trouble with the xdi-rx2 now already have this xdi-2, two months and I can not hear audio with rekordbox performance mode, with rekordbox export mode works with usb fine but as use it as midi controller didn't work. 

when I play with a usb stick work everything good ... 

I need and I want u resolve this problem .....
