I am new to rekordbox. I have a problem. Rekordbox detects and shows the bpms good in the library but when i play the song it changes the value the whole time e.g. 124.70 after 10 seconds it jumps up to 125.05 and it gives just weird values the whole time.

Yeah, a track analysed in dynamic mode will do that, especially when you're in sync with a set BPM. If it's a live drummer track (rock / disco), that's intended - but if it's a song with electronic percussion, you should use the normal analysis mode.

Hey,
You've activated the Dynamic Analytic Mode.
Go in to the Settigns und and set the Sync to Normal. Then Reanalyse your Libaray and it's done.
