I have DDj RR with Rekord Box I have Macos High SIerra 10.13.2
My left Fader on Rekord box is always very low it doesnt respond when i move it up and down from my console fader but the right is fine. Also When i play from the right channel and i move the right fader the left fader goes down more too. I pick the mouse i raise the left channel and when i move with my hand the right fader up and down also the left channel goes down and stucks down and doesnt respond any soloutions for that?
Try starting by resetting the MIDI mapping -- click the MIDI button at the top of the rekordbox window, then click the DEFAULT button at the top right for the DDJ-RR.
If that doesn't work, grab a MIDI monitor to see if the fader itself is sending MIDI signal. Let us know if you need instructions on that.

The channel has signal. I.made what you told me the problem.still goes on. I updated the firmware I unistalled rekord box installed again try it on Macos Yosemite also in Macos High Sierra still also.on.Windows the broblem is the same after the last update of rekord box 5.0.3. The Console is new and the channels are on perfect condition plz help
If you are having the same problem with different computers, then the issue is the hardware itself. If the unit is brand new, please contact your retailer for an exchange within their terms and conditions, otherwise please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region for in-warranty repair.
