Ddj rb asio error

Is there anything fron pioneer to fix this problem of driver error for ddj rb i still cannot use my controller because of driver error i know the problem is my laptop but is there any compatible program from pioneer or update in order to use the controller

This is my problem and I try so many ways to reslove this before posting. Can someone help? Look at the Outputs.

Don't know what else to do, I cannot use my headphones.
