Hi I've just purchased a pair of xdj1000mk2 but noticed one of the jpg wheels making a abnormal noise . These were purchased 2nd hand there excellent condition and wonder if they suffer the small roller wheel fault ? Could this of happened in transit ?
Sometimes there can be a fault with the race-set inside the jog, and this could be due to foreign debris getting in the bearings or even a loose / missing / damaged bearing.
Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support to have the unit inspected / serviced.

Nobody would be able to tell you if this happened in transit or not. Had they been packed in the original package? If yes they should have been protected good enough.
Are the jog wheels working well - even that one is clicking?
I got the XDJ-1000mk1 and if I turn my jog wheels slowly I could hear some sort of clicking too. But it is just at a very very low volume. It was there from day one. It doesn't impact the handling and is working properly. When the Music is on you don't realise it is there.
Maybe you Need to post a Video that we can hear the clicking Sound...
