Hi I made the decision to sell my ddjrx with the licence to get xdj700 due to space (also have plx turntables)
I shipped to the buyer and had no issues deactivating my licence. MY son also used rekordbox on his pc and I cannot for the life of me deactivate the licence on his pc.
It is showing DEACTIVATION ERROR CODE 22
Can anyone please help me the poor guy is desperate to get started on DDJ RX but it wont let him
Simply deactivating the license doesn't un-link it from your account; the license is registered to your email address. Please file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team can assist you in removing that license from your Pioneer DJ account.
