Did you check that it's not disabled in the software? Serato can bypass in software.

Crossfader issue with SRT1000
Even though crossfader is assigned to A and B, it is acting like it's on thru. Firmware is up to date. Help!

I do not see a disable/ enable setting in the hardware. Where will I find this?
This past weekend, it worked most of the night but a couple times resorted back to a thru function (randomly).
