[CLOSED] Some clicks do not start the action until you move your mouse

I thought I posted this already but cannot find it and it is still happening in 2.2.3

when I go to do some things like sync a playlist or restore a library, it prompts me if I want to do that action and I click YES but nothing happens when i click yes until I move the actual mouse. So if i was to just click yes and walk away, the action never completes until I touch the trackpad again to move the cursor like in this video
