I can not manage to export playlists via the following two methods:
1 - select a playlist and then choosing the "export playlist" from the menu bar (Playlist - Export playlist)
2 - right clicking a playlist and selecting "export playlist" in the context menu
In both cases the "Export playlist" is grayed out.
The only way to export playlists is to select "save playlist info" in the context menu.
What's the difference between the two terms ("Export playlist" and "Save Playlist Info")?
Another question would be if rekordbox is able to export playlist in .m3u format? Traktor cannot import .m3u8 playlists.
I use Rekordbox 3.2.1 on Windows 7

A .m3u8 file is simply a UTF-8 encoding of an .m3u file. Magic of all things magic, simply rename the file from .m3u8 to .m3u and Traktor will read it.
Ok, now i understand. The "export playlist" is used for exporting playlists to a usb device. The command i was looking for is "save playlist info". I thought there was no difference between the two.
