Tab into Genre not working in RB3

I've noticed that when I tab from Label to Genre (when it is empty), the cursor disappears and isn't in the Genre box. Also when I type in a genre, the genre doesn't display after entering a couple of characters.

If the Genre filed is already populated, then the tab from Label to Genre works.
