[SOLVED] Display brightness stuck at 3

The display brightness of one of my CDJ 2000s is stuck at 3. I can go into the menu, select a different brightness, then tap the wheel, but it doesn't change the brightness. The scroll wheel blinks for a while (a lot longer than it does on the other CDJ 2000 when changing brightness), but nothing else happens.

Any ideas?
