CDJ 2000 error/lag with search button

Hi everyone

I am french so I'll do my best to explain my problem as good as possible.. I just bought 2 cdj's 2000  2 weeks ago and on the following link you can see what the problem is. I already tried a lot of things to repair it and to find what the problem is.

I opened my cdj to clean the search button, but he was clean, so I think it's a problem in the program itselves.

-> when I start the cdj, and I select a track to play, it fwd automatically

-> when I turn the jogwheel it stops

-> cue point don't work anymore

-> no scratch mode

-> when I re press on the fwd button, it starts lagging again

-> suddenly in the middle of the track if I don't press any button, it automatically starts lagging

Take a look at the grid in the video. The cdj's have no waranty anymore.

Can someone help me please?
