CDJ2000 NXS locking up and freezing after loading track

I have this constant issue with it. I load and analyze my files in Rekordbox then export to a USB. Some tracks play just fine, but it seems some files that have a cover art embedded will lock up the CDJ. Can't play the track, can't back out, and I literally have to shut off and reboot it. Sucks when it happens in the middle of a show andits playing a track off my USB through the data link and I have to go into emergency loop mode.

Anyone have this problem? I laterly have been using an ID# tag editor, and removing all of the cover art in my files before loading them up. This has helped avoid the problem, but shouldn't there be a way to keep the cover art???
