[SOLVED] CDJ2000 USB not working

So, I have 6 CDJ2000s that I manage for a show that I work on. I recently had one of my resident DJs tell me that he is having problems with the CDJ not seeing his USB and the other not having a stable link. I noticed that the 2 units were on different firmware versions so I went to update. One of the units took the update just fine, the other would not take the update. It did not recognize the same drive i used to update the other. i powered down and tried to plug in my music USB. it worked on the updated player but the other unit gave me an error of E-8307: USB ACCESS ERROR 

Does this mean that the USB port is bad or is there something I need to do?
