According to Pulse, it is possible to add a new anchor point by using the red/white button under grid that will allow changes to be made from that point forward. Unfortunately, this shifts the entire grid to match the first beat of that bar. So the question is, how do you beatgrid a track that has an extra two count in the break? The grid is basically off by 2 beats after the drop but remains constant at 128 the whole time. Is it possible to add and extra marker like in TSP2 so the bar is in time?
