rekordbox 4.0 beat grid issues/tracks won't play if ddj sz not connected using export mode?

Hey there few months ago treat myself pioneer ddj sz n
Been loving it
I was very excited about I could use this with rekordbox so I import all my songs and had them analysis but some of the tracks won't save the beat grid why is that ?? (On serato dj same tracks has beatgrid
And another strange thing is if I'm just using export mode only it won't play the track not in less I have my sz connected.
Part from that I'm loving the new software

If you're using export mode and it won't play the audio, please check your sound device settings in the preferences. It may be looking for an output which is not connected.

yes i have checked that still not working i try reinstalling software still does not work when i drop drag the song or double click it the wave form wont even load up not inless the my sz is connected.
don't have this issue with rekcordbox 3.30 just with 4.0
my laptop is pc HP i7 4700mq 12gb ram plus gtx 740m gb2 ddr5 and 2T harddrive space

Can you please post a screen shot of your settings from the Audio page of the Preferences?
