Yes, in rekordbox performance mode that's normal as it automatically loads them. You can also set the CDJ preferences to auto-load the hot cues.
I apologize for double-posting, but I think my question needs to go up on two areas.
Hot Cues appear to be exported but cannot engage (Rekordbox
4.01,CDJ-2000). I have linked a video:

Memory Cues are fine.

Appreciate the extra work, I removed the other post as I am not a fan of answering the same question twice. ;)
Question -- have you tried CALLING the hot cues using the button on the CDJ?
When I hold REC/CALL and select a hot cue, it will do as it normally does. Has it not changed? I thought the new rekordbox would load hot cues within the track automatically, or is this a CDJ thing?
I'm speaking on the way rekordbox dj was designed to play vs CDJ. If I load a track on rekordbox dj, all hot cues are updated to the new track loaded.
I know on the cdj-2000nxs there is a function to autoload hotcue. the cdj-2000 still doesn't. is it rekordbox's or cdj's issue? if cdj, how about a firmware update......?
the 2000 will not auto load hot cues, its a 2000Nexus feature.
if you use Rekordbox DJ in performance mode using USB cables then you will see the cues instantly because your 2000's are now just controllers for the software
