XDJ R1 Issues?

Hi I have 2 questions really that are baffling me.

When I am exporting and creating a library this seems to be creating multiple playlists when I access the USB/Hard Drive through Remotebox. Should I be completely wiping the USB before importing again or do I need to alter my settings? If so how?
When I've exported to my USB / Hard Drive if I access Remotebox through my iPhone 6 I can see all the artwork for the tracks in that programme. However if I access this through my iPad (4th Gen) it doesn't recognise any of the artwork which I find odd.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

One thing I would do is Delete all of your Artwork in Rekordbox, it just stalls your wi-fi speed between the R1 and your Ipad or I phone when trying to load your playlists or individual tracks from the Usb stick on your player,

Secondly, it seems like that it is bringing up hidden flies on your Usb stick that have been tagged by Rekordbox previously, reformat your usb stick back to default, this should then remove all hidden files giving you a fresh start,
