Problems when capturing loop to sampler

When I capturing a loop from a Deck and drop them to a samplerslot, the loop will be captured but wont appear btw. loaded to the desired slot.
The choosen slot will be kept empty or if already loaded it stays untouched. using v4.0.3
any idea?
