Rekordbox Performance Mode Keyboard Shortcuts Malfunctioning

I've found that if I'm searching for a track, or editing tag information, Rekordbox is interpreting the letters I'm typing as keyboard shortcuts. I've had tracks stop playing, for instance, while typing a track title in the library search.

The only work around I've found so far is to manually remove all the keyboard shortcuts that do not require a key combination (eg Ctrl+letter).

I'm on Windows 8.1 and using a DDJ-SX2.
