Cueing

• the track is playing, you want to return to the cue point and stop: press CUE
• the track is playing, you want to return to the cue point and play: assign that CUE as a hot cue (before you start playing) and press that hot cue

While the track stopped I would to press a hot cue and the track would advance to that position and stop .... not play from that spot

Can this be done

The current cue function is for the playback to continue after the HOT CUE button as been pressed, but many users have requested the other method, cue-not-play, which is what you're asking for. The engineers will be including this option in a future update.
