2 Ways to reproduce RB4 crashes on Mac OS

@Pulse - I've found a few ways to crash RB.

One - any work to beatgrids for more than a few seconds will cause a crash on my MBP. I'm running Yosemite on a 2012 MBP (non retina). I can beatgrid fine with the track stopped or in export mode, but any significant gridding during playback is the program quitting. I'm using my DDJ-SX to re-grid. For some reason RB doesn't pick up the downbeats on certain house tracks but picks the offbeat. Sometimes a 128 bpm house track that has a vocal intro (no beat) gets a random BPM with grids all over the place!

Second way to make a crash is to edit CFX. Default is filter, if I go to USER and then change from FILTER to JET while manipulating the knob on my DDJ-SX causes the program to crash too.

A little stressed out right now because hoping to use RB4 for some live performances in a week.

PS. I replied to an earlier post asking about trial extension if you could check that message too. Thanks

DJ Chase

I am also finding RB4 crashes when i am Synching to a USB for anything more than a few songs (only a recent problem, it had been working fine for a while....)

Sorry for late response.
We tried to replicate this for some tracks, with or without syncing, slide or adjust grids, but unfortunately can not replicate this so far with Yosemite and DDJ-SX.
We also tried with MBP-2013 (non-retina) but they works fine.
CFX edit also works fine.
So we need more information to address this.

Would you send us the crash log file?
