rekorbox on two computers

i have 2 lap top and 1desktop, my question is can i install the program on the 3 computers and can i start 2 lap tops at the same time with the same user account

You can install every PC/Mac which meets system requirements (see manual 1.1).

If you purchase PERFORMANCE mode (rekordbox dj),
One license key can be used for maximum activate up to two computers.
When you replace your computer, for example, you have to deactivate the license you already installed to reuse the license key.
