No Scroll Function in Rekordbox 4.0.2

Rekordbox was going fine until I downloaded the newest version of 4.0.2. Now I have no scroll function. No matter what I do it wont scroll with the mouse wheel (two finger scroll on touchpad) even though it works fine for everything else, folders, chrome, other apps.

Is this a bug? How do we fix it?
