Rekordbox Recording Problems

When not plugged into my SZ controller the record function works but i connect the SZ controller there is no level on the record function and it records silence. Please help...

Is your master output loud ?

No.. I have no output volume at all

Please check these points:
- On rekordbox, select drop-down menu on record section as [MasterOut]: https://www.dropbox.com/s/b7p6h2htvcws0re/master_out.jpg?dl=0

On DDJ-SZ Setting Utility, open [CONTROLLER OUTPUT] tab and select USB9/10 as [MIX(REC OUT)]: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wmtz243smawcr0v/USB910.jpg?dl=0

i have a similar problem. There is output volume through my loudspeakers, and cue through my headphones, but there is NO recording volume.

I have tried all of the above to troubleshoot but no success. Please help!
