Yep, same here. Somehow Rekordbox detects a lot of silence before the 1e beat. I can't seem to get rid of that. Movinmg the grid doesn't change the startpoint of the grid.

It is still not possible to set the "first beat" and change the bpm without the first beat will change the position. Or is this the way how it always will be?
i have many tracks where i need to set the bpm manually...

There are some beat grid issues that the rekordbox team is currently working to address. You should be able to set the first point and adjust from there without the initial point moving, but even if you set the 1.1 beat marker you will find there may be other measures before that which bump the 1.1 to a higher number.
