Rekordbox exporting music

When importing music to be analyzed by rekordbox and then want to export the music back to my USB stick, the last part isn't possible. Because I can not press the export music button, this one doesn't not light up when I'want to select it.

What am I doing wrong over here?

Change from PERFORMANCE mode to EXPORT mode up at the top left of the rekordbox window.

I already did that. But still, no export is possible. Tried different usb's but that also seems not to be the problem...

Can you see the USB under the device menu, if not try reformatting it to FAT32.

@Yorick > As @Jay says, the device must be formatted in either FAT32 or HFS+ in order to be recognized by rekordbox for export -- it can also not be the source drive for audio in your collection.
