DDJ_SX2 NO AUDIO OUT -

Hello; I have a problem WITH a NEW DDJ SX2.
the controller work (touch, button etc) .. but from audio out i'm listening only BUMP BUMP BUMP, from all audio out ... in all mode, PC etc ... the light from all unit flashing (no stable light color) ... I have tried to reload FW ... But the problem is the same.

What i Have to do? CAN YOU CHANGE MY UNIT?
