Whenever I want to make an extended loop, and I hit the 4-Beat Loop button and then the CUE/LOOP Call button to extend it, every time I hit the CUE/LOOP Call button it automatically starts the loop back over to the beginning of the 4-Beat Loop. The other unit works fine, when I hit the CUE/LOOP Call button to extend a 4-Beat Loop it just extends the loop without starting it over. Both units have identical firmware, although it is dated. Could this be another issue?

Dangit! Was messing around w/ the 1 that wasn't working and was linked to the 2nd one that was working, and somehow duplicated my settings over to the 2nd one. Now they are both doing it. So, it must be a setting? Is there a way to reset these?
Found a video to do a hard factory reset on a CDJ 2000, and it seems to have done the trick! I wonder wtf I did to screw it up. Here's the vid:
It was simply because you had the quantize disabled:
