I recently bought a DDJ-RX Dj controller and it came packaged with Rekordbox Dj. I've been using it for the past 2 weeks and spent approx. 30 hrs plus over that time setting cues for all of my songs and configuring the FX. Now I've switched everything on and Rekordbox DJ Performance doesn't work and loads up to a trial mode set-up and is not reading the ddj-rx controller at all.
I changed nothing on my imac to end up in this situation. My imac is working fine. All leads/plugs are connected as usual. This is completely a flawed Rekordbox issue!
I don't want to have to start again. Has anyone else had this problem? What is the solution to get rekordbox working as per normal without having to re-install please?

Don't worry, everything is fine -- you don't need to start again. Chances are a system update has messed up the licensing. Please file a rekordbox support inquiry here and our licensing team will be happy to assist with your issue.
